Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant Revenue Audit is responsible to checking and monitoring daily sales from all outlets to make sure everything is correct and complete. They review discounts, voids, and complimentary items to ensure they are properly approved. The role includes spotting errors, checking for possible fraud, and preparing daily reports for Finance. They also work with outlet staffs to fix issues and support the Finance Team during month-end reporting.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in accounting roles, particularly in revenue.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue auditing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles relevant to F&B Operations
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various outlet
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferrably with

  • Experience with point-of-sales (POS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) Systems
  • Previous experience in Hotel, Resort, or large -scale restaurant operations
