JOB DETAILS:

  • TAX and Compliance ( 2550q, 1702RT, 1702q, and 2307)
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing petty cash and reimbursements.
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company expenses.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Perform other related administrative, accounting and other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
