  • Responsible in receiving all the delivery of equipment from suppliers ( local & imported )
  • Responsible in releasing all the local and imported materials to its respective projects and end users.
  • Responsible for Updating the status of Projects
  • Performed Monthly Report of Job Closure.
  • Posting Delivery Receipt in Navision
  • Performed Monthly Report of Delivery Receipt in Navision
  • Updating Project Jobs & Purchase Order "POJO_PO" in One drive
  • Monitor the status in reporting the RMA and Returned defective materials
  • Preparation of documents ( i.e. invoice, packing list ) for RMA equipment
  • Coordination with the courier for local transfer.
  • Responsible for dispatching RMA to the supplier.
  • Responsible in packing and shipping of packages according to the instruction of boxes and sealing tape.
  • Performed Monthly Report of Requisition of the standard items
  • Arranging all the stocks in the warehouse
  • Formulate Report of any discrepancies or damaged items
  • Performed Monthly Physical Inventory
  • Monitoring and filling of Delivery Receipt files
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior (D)
  • Perform clerical tasks like answering phones, making photocopies and sending faxes for the department
  • Encoding of RR & DR summary report
  • Executes other additional administration tasks at the request of the Procurement Manager
