Job Summary

The Team Leader – Auto Insurance Account is responsible for managing a team of insurance specialists or customer service representatives handling auto insurance policies, claims, billing, or sales. This role ensures team performance meets service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance requirements while driving continuous improvement and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team handling auto insurance inquiries, policies, claims, or renewals
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and client requirements
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions
  • Handle escalated customer or client concerns and provide effective resolutions
  • Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of new and existing team members
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to improve processes and service delivery
  • Foster a positive, results-driven team culture

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 2 year completed in college (72 unit completed) or college graduate
  • 2–3 years of experience in auto insurance, insurance operations, or BPO insurance accounts
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in BPO
  • Strong knowledge of auto insurance policies, claims, underwriting, or customer service processes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling US auto insurance accounts
  • Background in claims, policy servicing, or insurance sales support
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
