Seasonal Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Team Leader to join our growing E-commerce support team for a clothing and lifestyle brand. If you're experienced in leading support teams, driving performance, and working with tools like Gorgias and Shopify, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chat and email support agents handling E-commerce customer concerns.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and feedback sessions.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets, order inquiries, and escalations.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
  • Ensure smooth operations during the peak season and uphold service excellence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (E-commerce account preferred).
  • Strong background in coaching, RCA, and people management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Gorgias, Shopify, or similar CRM/E-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
  • Open to seasonal employment (with potential for extension/absorption).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
