About the Role:

This is a full-time role, assisting the Marketing Manager in a variety of content development, creation, and administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone with a strong writing background, digital marketing awareness, and excellent organisational skills. Would suit somebody with experience who is looking to experience a fast pace work environment and passionate about fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Draft engaging newsletters, weekly contents/educational assets, and social media posts.

  • Social Media Management: Experience in Meta Business Suite to plan, launch and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI, as well as undertaking community expansion and management.

  • Digital Marketing Support: Help schedule and manage social media content calendars, newsletters, and campaign planning.

  • Administrative Assistance: Provide ad hoc administrative support, including document formatting, file organisation, design and other basic business management tasks.

About You:

  • Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing with the ability to produce samples of past work.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing large datasets and long-term administrative tasks.

  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience working in the fitness industry (desirable but not essential).

  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Cloud, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms), and Microsoft Office.
