Primary Purpose and Function:

Are you passionate about TikTok and have a knack for spotting the next big trend? Do you have a creative eye and a talent for making content go viral? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a TikTok Creative Specialist In this exciting role, you will review and evaluate creators' videos, offering insightful feedback and innovative suggestions for improvement. You'll collaborate with our content team to develop engaging and effective content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and Enhance:

Review creators' videos, providing constructive feedback and innovative improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate:

Work closely our internal campaign and client management teams to shape creative directions of a campaign and create compelling creator briefs.
- Stay Trendy:

Keep up with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content stays fresh and engaging.
- Optimize Performance:

Monitor content performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:

2+ years in social media marketing or influencer marketing.
- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- TikTok Savvy:

Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and its algorithm.
- Motivation:

Driven and motivated to achieve outstanding results.
- Flexibility:

Ability to adapt and work outside of regular hours as needed.

Location, Hours, and Compensation:

  • Flexible Work from Home
  • 40 Hours a Week
