Position: Selling Assistant

Location: Uncle John's Convenience Store, Rublou Town Center, Antipolo, Rizal.

No. of Vacancies: 3

Core responsibilities

  • Customer service: Greet customers, assist with their needs, answer questions, and provide product advice.
  • Sales and transactions: Process sales, handle payments (cash, card, etc.), and manage returns or exchanges.
  • Product knowledge: Explain the features and benefits of products to encourage sales.
  • Store and stock management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, create attractive displays, and replenish stock as needed.
  • Inventory control: Assist with inventory, including receiving new stock and conducting periodic checks.
  • Problem-solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional duties

  • Achieve and contribute to team sales targets.
  • Promote store sales, special offers, and promotions.
  • Update customer records and manage customer databases.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like preparing reports or managing sales expenses.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
