Creative Director for Beauty Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the brand's creative vision across all marketing channels, including campaigns, digital, packaging, and retail displays.
  • Lead the creative process for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the approval process for creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards before production or release.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners (photographers, influencers, agencies) to enhance creative output and manage the annual creative budget for optimal ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of creative experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaigns, and innovative designs.
  • Proven ability to manage creative budgets and deliver projects on time.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video production, and digital content creation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for creativity.
