SUMMARY

The Creative Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in developing and executing creative strategies, visual designs, and marketing collaterals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  1. VISUAL MERCHANDISING

a. Develop and update planograms for:

  • TLC/Mailer Feature
  • Crates & Barrels
  • New Items
  • Regular Shelves & Selling Area
  • Chiller Display
  • Christmas Display
  • Other Marketing Programs or Tactical Campaigns

b. Design and produce visual materials such as:

  • Monthly Specials & Hero Brand Tarpaulins

  • Blow-Ups and Mock-Ups Illustrations

  • CREATIVE DESIGN AND LAYOUTS

a. Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals including:

  • Christmas Cards for Hampers
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials - update existing or develop new designs
  • Digital Assets for Facebook (TLC/Mailer Animation, Monthly Specials, Brand Feature, Promo Offers, & GWPs, Chrismast Hampers, etc.)

b. Support visibility and merchandising improvement initiatives

  1. DIGITAL MEDIA SUPPORT

a. Assist in managing Facebook page and updating of QR Website

b. Schedule contents on Facebook with approved captions (Store openings, brand features, and marketing promotions).

  1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

a. Review and proofread layouts for accuracy and print readiness.

b. manage coordination with other departments, external vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing materials.

c. Maintain and organize marketing files, including product photos, for easy access and reference.

  1. SPECIAL PROJECTS

a. Provide creative and coordination support for:

  • Leroi & Mcqueen Bistro - visual designs and marketing materials
  • Company Events - creative layouts and coordination

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • With 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or related creative work

Education:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related course

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong sense of design, layout, and brand consistency
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work on-site at West Service Road, Parañaque City

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
