Technical Support & Client Communication

  • Perform detailed manual testing of Workbench desktop (web) and mobile features
  • Design, document, and execute test cases based on functional specifications
  • Validate workflows tied to accounting, finance, job costing, procurement, and timesheets
  • Identify, log, and track defects in collaboration with the dev team
  • Participate in Agile sprint activities (stand-ups, planning, reviews)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
  • Validate business logic and functional behaviour from a user and financial operations perspective

Required Skills

  • A desire to shape and drive QA best practise.
  • 5+ years in manual testing of enterprise or SaaS applications
  • Experience testing mobile applications and web-based systems
  • Strong knowledge of commercial accounting and financial concepts such as:
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Purchase Orders, Job Costing
  • Invoicing workflows
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven ability to understand business logic and translate it into practical test scenarios
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output

Good to Have

  • Experience with ERP, Accounting software
  • Familiarity with mobile test scenarios
  • Understanding of ERP integration workflows (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP)
  • Exposure to Agile environments and basic SQL knowledge
  • Exposure to test automation tools (eg Playwright, Cypress and Selenium).
