We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent documentation and communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior testers. We are seeking Mid-level to Senior QAs to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed, well-structured test cases and scripts based on requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze user stories to document test cases/scenarios aligned with acceptance criteria and execute them.
  • Document test findings (test evidence, bugs, change requests, etc.) with strong attention to detail.
  • Execute test cases with accuracy and provide clear reporting on results and testing concerns.
  • Generate documentation on new applications for knowledge sharing and training QA team members.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, manage test tracking, and reporting systems.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of testing methodologies based on requirements and specifications.
  • Mentor junior testers by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  • Utilize defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) for logging, tracking, and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Qualifications

  • Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and analytical with keen attention to detail.
  • Responsible, reliable, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to read and understand requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of defect management tools such as JIRA.
  • Prior experience in QA testing, test documentation, and reporting is an advantage
