Job Description:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Test Management.
  • Proven experience managing an independent Testing Team.
  • Background in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management, and Mitigation.
  • Functional and Non-Functional Testing experience.
  • Able to define, plan, and monitor execution of test activities.
  • Proficient in ALM tools such as MF ALM, JIRA, Selenium, GitHub.
  • Excellent communication skills for status reporting.
  • Strong adherence to ITG Quality Framework and SDLC/TCOE Test Process.
  • Able to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Experience in resource management and capacity planning.
  • Solid understanding of the project's domain/platform.
  • Proficient in defect management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php130,000.00 per month
