About the role

Central Labor Service Cooperative' is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting function of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing day-to-day bookkeeping duties such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable
  2. Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  3. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  4. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  5. Providing support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small to medium-sized organization
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
