Account Manager or Business Development Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in Ayala, Makati Enjoy a competitive salary package starting at ₱60,000 + HMO (start Day 1 coverage) + commissions incentive + other benefits and allowances, with a day shift and onsite work setup. You'll play a key role in building client relationships and driving sales in printing solutions (copiers, printers, POS printers, and more).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in printing solutions is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce company products and services
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and support
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations or proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to find new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
