What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner

  4. Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members as needed
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
