We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor (MANILA/TAGAYTAY/DAVAO) to oversee MEPFS works at our construction sites and assist with warehouse/material management. The role involves supervising daily site operations, coordinating manpower and resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for MEPFS works
  • Monitor progress, manpower, and resources to meet project schedules
  • Assist with warehouse functions such as receiving, issuing, and monitoring materials
  • Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients for site requirements
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Prepare and submit daily site reports and updates
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in site supervision/management (MEPFS preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in construction processes, MEPFS systems, and warehouse/materials handling
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
