About the role

A full-time opportunity is available for a Quality Control (QC) Analyst for In-Process at Square Pharmaceutical, Inc' in Carmona Cavite. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of products throughout the manufacturing process, playing a key part in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct in-process testing and quality control checks on pharmaceutical products at various stages of manufacturing
  2. Analyse test results and review data to identify and resolve any quality issues
  3. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities
  5. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and quality control systems
  6. Adhere to all relevant quality, safety and regulatory standards

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineer, Biology, Food Tech, Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply. Licensed ChemTech/Chemist
  2. Experience working as a QC Analyst or in a similar quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
  5. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures, HPLC Operation and other lab equipment.
  6. Proficient in using laboratory equipment and instrumentation
  7. Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
