Maintenance Mechatronics

JOB SUMMARY

Supports the efficient operation of Production lines by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and control systems. This role ensures that machines used in the production such as roll forming machines, shearing and slitting machines operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including roll forming machines, cutting & slitting and Press Machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control system faults to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLC's, sensors, drives and motors used in Production's Roll forming Machines.Assist with the installation, calibration and commissioning of new production and automation equipment.
• Set up and align machine components, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Support PLC and HMI system programming, testing and adjustment.
• Monitor and improve control logic for equipment efficiency, speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and Production team to implement process improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure all equipment meets company quality standards and production specifications.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect and calibrate sensors, limit switches and measuring devices to maintain consistent product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electromechanical Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing preferably in roofing materials, metal fabrication or construction products.

Pay: Php18, Php20,600.00 per month
