We're seeking a success-oriented, hardworking, and business-minded Account Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will ensure client satisfaction, support contractor success, and identify commercial growth opportunities. Acting as a vital link between clients, offshore teams, and onshore management, your ability to communicate clearly, respond promptly, and think strategically will be essential.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by achieving results. You will excel at building lasting client relationships, solving problems proactively, and managing multiple accounts with strong organizational skills. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy contributing to a smaller dynamic company, and are passionate about helping clients maximize the value of their offshore teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Over 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, primarily within the offshoring industry
  • Strong understanding of client engagement, with a focus on responsiveness to client issues
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities—effective both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City
