We are seeking a skilled
Finance Tower Manager
to lead our Income Audit and Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring the complete and accurate verification of all company revenue. This role requires a strong control mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to oversee critical reconciliation processes. While the primary focus is Income Audit, the manager will also provide essential oversight and support for key Accounts Receivable activities to ensure a seamless revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Income Audit Management & Oversight

• Lead the daily income audit process, verifying and reconciling revenue
• Supervise a team of Income Audit analysts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all daily revenue verification.
• Reconcile POS and system-generated sales data with bank deposits, merchant services, and general ledger entries.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to voids, refunds, discounts, and unpaid balances, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for senior management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all income audit-related inquiries and issues.

Accounts Receivable Oversight & Collaboration

• Provide supervisory oversight of the billing and collections process, monitoring AR aging to support cash flow objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for resolving complex billing disputes, coordinating with operations and sales teams as needed.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between AR sub-ledgers and the general ledger.
• Support the month-end close process by reviewing key AR reconciliations and journal entries.

Leadership, Compliance & Process Improvement

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Income Audit and Accounts Receivable team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies across all revenue-related activities.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing detailed revenue and receivable schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and technology to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the income audit function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in Income Audit or Revenue Audit.
• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong background in income audit is essential, experience with Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficient in ERP and POS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Opera, Micros) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Impeccable understanding of internal controls and audit compliance.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a shared services environment is preferred.
