Audit Manager

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least five (5) years of proven experience working as a senior level auditor.
- Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, audit principles and practices.
- A record of success in internal, external, and inventory audits (with successful projects implemented from previous companies).
Job Description:
- Applies knowledge of auditing, accounting, and internal control concepts to evaluate financial and operational business activities.
- Demonstrates knowledge of process flows, process documentation, and internal control identification.
- Prepare audit plan for each audit engagement which include but not limited to preparation of audit work program, preliminary risk analysis, and audit budget and timeline.
- Responsible in conducting inventory audits to ensure proper inventory control and compliance at the warehouses, outlets, and depots.
- Managing the store audit and conducts proper audit procedures in the warehouse and all stores nationwide.
- Report discrepancies on inventory and sales that indicates losses.
- Prepare analysis reports of inventory audits.
- Investigate, determine, and report causes of irregularities and errors.
- Recommend corrective actions and suggest process improvements.
- Prepares monthly analysis of inventory variances.
- Conduct risk-based audit of internal processes (Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, Sales, Head Office).
- Coordinates with third party audit providers for scheduling of store counts, reporting, and concerns.
- Process improvements planning and problem solving.
- Monitoring of inventory reconciliation, updating of inventory in SAP, and POS.
- Clearly and accurately documents business processes and related audit findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all audit documents and information gathered during the performance of the audit and abide by the company's code of conduct at all times.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
