The Procurement Specialist works closely with the Procurement Manager and plays an important role in streamlining our operations and making our procurement processes more efficient.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement-related negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Proactively manage and nurture supplier relationships to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Diligently source and evaluate potential suppliers, while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager and other departments to meet project and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Utilize ERP or procurement systems to track, manage, and optimize procurement processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Procurement Buyer/Specialist.
  • With experience in Finance Management or Property Management industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP or procurement systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in Cebu.
