Ascend Building Solution Inc. is looking for a Finance Associate who will provide financial information for the organization's monthly accounting functions. He/She will support the finance team and report to the Senior Finance Manager.

  • Reconciles a wide variety of financial data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.
  • Researches discrepancies of financial information and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adhering to established procedures prior to processing.
  • Assists in performing general ledger accounting functions as needed for the purpose of ensuring that department functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner during short times of need.
  • Compiles a wide variety of financial information related to work assignments for the purpose of providing required documentation and/or processing information.
  • Maintains a wide variety of financial information, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Processes a wide variety of financial information for the purpose of updating and distributing information and complying with established accounting practices.
  • Check and review all reports coming from Sales Accounting Clerk, Disbursement Clerk, Payroll & Purchasing Clerk, and Inventory Audit Clerk
  • Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in Las Piñas City
  • Knowledge on using SAP system is an advantage
  • Must be keen to details
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work without close supervision.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php26,000.00 per month
