Position: Medical Records and DME Officer

Medical Records Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of patient medical records, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Route documents to the appropriate physicians and staff for review and signatures.
  • Properly file medical records and related documents in each patient's chart.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, especially regarding document dates.

DME Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all orders related to durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) for patients.
  • Regularly follow up with suppliers to track the progress of DMEPOS orders.
  • Update patients on the status of their equipment or supply orders.
  • Oversee the completion and signing of documents associated with DMEPOS requests.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
