JOB SUMMARY:

Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the HR team and assists in the implementation of policies, processes, and activities of the division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists with the recruitment and hiring process by identifying candidates for head office and project sites.
  2. Acts as a roving and reliever to all project sites in the absence of project HR/admin officers.
  3. Conducts reference checks for newly hired.
  4. Updates and assists in ISO-related documentations and processes.
  5. Manages the company's employee database related to personnel development plan.
  6. Assists in the coordination with the newly hired onboarding documentation requirements.
  7. Tracks employee progress within the onboarding program (New Joiners).
  8. Provides support in Company-wide events.
  9. Assists and attends to all HR-related requests, general inquiries, issues, and regulations.
  10. Assist with exit  interviews and provide support and coordination with Performance Management Procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. The candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Human Resources Management courses.
  2. Must have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Must have a basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  8. Customer service skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  9. Exposure to labor laws.
  10. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  11. Willing to start/join immediately/ASAP.
  12. Willing to work in Quezon City.
  13. One (1) Full-Time position is available.
