About the Role

Master Garage Philippines (Cavite) is looking for a Customer Relations Associate who will serve as the welcoming face of our shop. This is a non-technical, customer-facing role dedicated to ensuring that every client who steps into our branch feels cared for, heard, and valued.

Face-to-face interaction is the heart of this role. You will be the one who engages customers personally, makes them feel at ease, and ensures their overall impression of Master Garage is positive and professional.

You will also act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized assistance, engaging conversations, and consistent follow-ups to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage walk-in customers with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, loyalty programs, and post-service follow-ups.
  • Represent the Master Garage brand with poise, confidence, and professional appearance.
  • Listen attentively to customer feedback and ensure their concerns are relayed to the right department.
  • Support promotions, events, and in-store campaigns to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to management to improve service and brand reputation.

Qualifications
  • High School or College level or graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance suitable for a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Must genuinely enjoy face-to-face interactions, listening to customers, and building rapport.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, events hosting, or pageantry is an advantage.
  • Poise, confidence, and a natural ability to engage people are highly valued.
