This is a dual role where you’ll be trusted to take on high-value projects and directly contribute to Feedwell’s growth. What You’ll Do in the First Year This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about delivering outcomes. Take full ownership of inbox and calendar management for the Head of People, ensuring priorities are protected and distractions removed. Research and brief complex topics (like visa rules, compliance, or workforce systems) and consistently deliver concise, decision-ready insights that save hours of executive time. Manage Feedwell’s professional presence on LinkedIn and Facebook , posting and responding in a voice that reflects our standards and brand. Learn Feedwell’s recruitment system and begin screening candidates for both Australian and Philippine roles, presenting only the best 3–5 finalists to the Head of People. Operate as a trusted partner , anticipating issues, solving problems before they escalate, and acting as an extension of the leadership team. Inbox & Calendar Management – At least two years’ recent experience successfully managing email and schedules for an executive, with references to confirm this. Research & Synthesis – You enjoy learning new things, can absorb complex information quickly, and can summarise it into clear, easy-to-understand insights.
