QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Instructional Design or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic and multimedia development, eLearning design and layout, or related field.
• Knowledge in Adobe products such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and animation/video tools.
• Familiarity with HTML5, SCORM, and LMS (Learning Management System e.g. Cornerstone), software and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation or enhancement is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Detail oriented, structured and committed to delivering high quality work with boundaries.
• Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgement and negotiate for positive outcomes.
• Motivated to contribute to a positive employee experience and continuous improvement.

DUTIES/TASKS:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and digital content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered platforms.
• Integrate storytelling and gamification elements (e.g. branching scenarios, challenges, badges) to boost learner engagement and retention.
• Create high-quality visuals, infographics, animations, and layouts for eLearning, presentations and other communications.
• Participate in regular content reviews and updates, ensuring materials are current, effective and aligned with brand standards.
• Use learning analytics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the learning experience.
• Conceptualize, plan and create instructional learning design and support the organization's requirement by producing visual design, content layouts and customized learning products while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of work deliverables.
• Visual storytelling and strategic thinking.
