  3. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and safety standards.
  4. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment at all times.
  6. Properly operate kitchen equipment and ensure all appliances are turned off, unplugged, and secured after use.
  7. Monitor food inventory and report shortages or spoilage to the Kitchen Supervisor.
  8. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies following FIFO procedures.
  9. Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  10. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
  11. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including personal hygiene standards.
  12. Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.
