JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Information Staff are responsible for completing the assigned duties by assisting support to Dealer Management by providing up-to-date sales data, ensuring prompt and accurate submission of monthly branch incentive results, collaborate with the development team to deliver necessary inputs for SFA System, managing section office supplies, requesting procurement of Area Controller PCs and inventory monitoring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure signed incentive memos are properly filed and accessible for internal audits.

  • Provides monthly payment status reports to support the processing of the 3S Branch incentive program.
  • Monitor and report weekly progress on Account grid, E-warranty, My Yamaha App application on the assigned Dealer management.
  • Act as a back-office administrator for the SFA system, ensuring accurate and updated information for Sales personnel, branch and dealer information, including managing user access and permissions.
  • Supports the improvement of the SFA system by submitting required inputs and coordinating with the development team.
  • Generate various data reports requested by the Dealer Management including historical data of sell in, sell out and inventory categorized by dealer, by model and other relevant dimensions.
  • Facilitate the registration process of new dealerships and sub-dealerships by submitting complete requirements to relevant departments for review and approval, and issuing finalized contracts to the Dealer Manager.
  • Ensure signed dealership contracts (dealer and 3S) are properly filed and accessible for internal audits and financial reviews.
  • Act as section administrator responsible for managing office supplies.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least 1 year work experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other PC based software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Presentation)
  • Willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
