DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure signed incentive memos are properly filed and accessible for internal audits.
- Provides monthly payment status reports to support the processing of the 3S Branch incentive program.
- Monitor and report weekly progress on Account grid, E-warranty, My Yamaha App application on the assigned Dealer management.
- Supports the improvement of the SFA system by submitting required inputs and coordinating with the development team.
- Generate various data reports requested by the Dealer Management including historical data of sell in, sell out and inventory categorized by dealer, by model and other relevant dimensions.
- Facilitate the registration process of new dealerships and sub-dealerships by submitting complete requirements to relevant departments for review and approval and issuing finalized contracts to the Dealer Manager.
- Ensure signed dealership contracts (dealer and 3S) are properly filed and accessible for internal audits and financial reviews.
- Act as section administrator responsible for managing office supplies.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 1 year work experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other PC based software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Presentation)
- Willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
