Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, responding to user requests, monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, and assisting with IT projects to ensure smooth and uninterrupted daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users through various channels like phone, email, or remote desktop.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, applications, and networks.
- Hardware & Software Management: Install and update software, manage hardware components, and provide necessary drivers.
- User Account Management: Create new user accounts and manage user profiles and permissions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by end-users or detected through system monitoring.
- Network & Security: Assist with network administration, implement security measures, perform backups, and ensure data safety.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log service requests, update tickets, and analyze trends to identify common problems.
Required Skills

- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware components, software applications, and network infrastructure.
