Sales and Business Development Lead – Education and Enrollment

The Lead is responsible for the implementation of sales and business development strategies and managing the recruitment funnel to attract, engage, and enroll qualified students. The role contributes directly to achieving the Institute's enrollment targets and sustaining its reputation for academic excellence through effective execution of recruitment and admissions initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and sustain partnerships with external organizations that support student recruitment and expand access to scholarships and financial aid.

  • Represent the Institute in relevant partnership discussions and work to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that align with enrollment goals.

  • Oversees Business Development and Sales initiatives of the School
  • Manages the execution of business development and sales activities of the programs in close coordination with the Marketing Team to achieve desired enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Leads and manages the delivery and continuous development of an effective recruitment and admissions services that would enable achievement of enrollment targets.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education: Bachelor's degree in any Business, Marketing, Communications

Minimum Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role. A total of 6–8 years of work experience in sales and business development

Business Understanding: Highly literate in Excel/PowerPoint and CRM tools; good presentation skills; excellent in written and verbal communications; strong in building client relationships, with excellent client acquisition skills

Result-oriented, a good team player, is able to handle pressure and meet deadline, has attention to details and has the ability to work well with diverse personalities
