About the role

iPower Products and Systems, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team in our Paranaque City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our business.

This position is based in the Philippines at our Paranaque City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospect and identify new leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience in either B2B or B2C sales is acceptable for this role
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in any products based industry
  • Candidates must have between 1-2 years of proven sales experience
  • Experience with any physical products is most relevant for this position
  • Specific experience working with consumer goods is required
  • Previous experience working with any type of physical products is highly valued for this role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills
  • A minimum of a certificate or diploma qualification is required
