Job Description:

  • Strictly implement the cash management system provided by the company, follow the financial reimbursement approval system, and manage the company's bank transactions, cash, checks, invoices, securities, and financial seals;
  • track expense and revenue accounts by categories in order to derive profit and loss by activity.
  • Carefully review the original receipts and various vouchers, handle bank transactions, cash, foreign exchange, and other income and expenditure settlement tasks;
  • Prepare income and expenditure accounting forms, register bank deposits and cash journals, and achieve daily and monthly settlements, which are consistent with general ledger verification and account verification;
  • Master the bank balance sheet, avoid overdue payments, reconcile the account with the bank in time, make a reconciliation sheet, and solve the outstanding account balance;
  • Provide information on financial requests on time, and carefully plan the use of bank transaction and cash based on availability;
  • Handle daily employees' reimbursements;
  • Compile weekly cash reports, monthly reports and cash flow statements according to company requirements, and compile statistical reports.
