We are a growing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant who can take charge of our end-to-end finance operations. As a small business, we value flexibility, ownership, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
  • Perform budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Handle payroll computation and ensure on-time release
  • Prepare and file government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Record and monitor journal entries and general ledger
  • Assist in external audits and compliance requirements
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare management reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • With at least 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a small or medium-sized company)
  • Knowledgeable in financial reporting, forecasting, payroll, and government compliance
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel-based systems)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision
