Job Overview:
The Treasury Staff plays a role in the finance department, focusing on managing the organization's liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring effective financial risk management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial instruments, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute cash concentration, disbursement, and funding activities.
- Optimize cash flow by analyzing payment patterns and liquidity needs.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor bank fees and negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
- Generate reports on treasury activities for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cash management efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply but previous experience in treasury, cash management, or financial risk management is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure precision in treasury transactions.
- Flexibility to handle different aspects of treasury responsibilities as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for treasury transactions.
- Willing to work in Makati City
