BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily cash management and treasury operations of the company, ensuring accurate monitoring of collections, payments, and fund movements. The role supports supplier settlements, and bank coordination to maintain healthy cash flow and operational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and record daily cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of transactions.
  • Prepare and process check payments, online fund transfers, and deposit transactions in coordination with banks and suppliers.
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and fund forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for import payments, logistics, and operating expenses.
  • Maintain updated records of bank balances, collections, post-dated checks (PDCs), and fund transfers.
  • Support the preparation of bank reconciliation reports and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding payment schedules, customer collections, and fund requests.
  • Ensure that all treasury-related documents and transactions are properly filed, secured, and compliant with internal controls and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Knowledgeable in treasury, cash management, or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • With good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
