Job Description:

The Treasury Staff is responsible for assisting with the management of the company's cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk. This role supports daily treasury operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all treasury activities, and contributes to optimizing working capital and safeguarding company funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash position and forecast short-term cash flow requirements.
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist in managing banking relationships and coordinate bank account openings and closings.
  • Support the preparation of cash flow reports, liquidity analysis, and variance explanations.
  • Maintain and update treasury records, including cash balances and transaction logs.
  • Assist with treasury compliance, including adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Support debt management activities such as loan disbursements, repayments, and interest payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Help prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors as required.
  • Perform other treasury-related tasks as assigned by the Treasury Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in treasury, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software/systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
