About the role

Rustan's is seeking a Seasonal Treasury Staff to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Mandaluyong Shangri-la, Quezon City Gateway Metro Manila. This is a seasonal position that will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting operations. If you have a passion for treasury management and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing daily cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Managing cash flow and liquidity, including forecasting and liquidity planning
  • Handling payments and collections, ensuring timely processing and settlement
  • Monitoring foreign exchange exposures and executing hedging strategies
  • Assisting with the preparation of treasury reports and analyses for management
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of treasury activities
  • Performs other duties and responsibilites as may be required and necessitated by management

What we're looking for

  • With 0-6 months experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and foreign exchange
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with treasury management systems
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial data and reporting
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
