The Role

As our Amazon Brand Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Amazon channel across multiple markets. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive aggressive growth, and spearhead international expansion.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the Amazon sales team using EOS principles
  • Owning Amazon P&L: revenue, ad spend, promotions, margins
  • Developing and executing PPC, external traffic, and conversion strategies
  • Launching new products with full-cycle ownership
  • Driving expansion into Germany, France, and the US
  • Staying ahead of Amazon trends, AI tools, and platform changes
  • Coordinating with off-Amazon marketing for key events like Prime Day

What You Bring

  • 3+ years as Amazon Brand Manager for 7–8 figure brands
  • Proven success in leading teams and hitting aggressive targets
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon algorithms, features, and tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Titan)
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with SOPs, strategic planning, and EOS (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain brand tone and visual consistency
