About the Role

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces across Elinnov's products and client projects. The role ensures a consistent design system, close collaboration with Product Managers for product vision, and support to engineers with detailed assets and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.

· Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across Elinnov's products and client solutions.

· Collaborate with Product Managers to align design with product strategy.

· Provide engineers with detailed design assets and documentation.

· Conduct usability testing and integrate findings into design iterations.

· Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  2. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.

  3. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

  4. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS basics) is a plus.

  5. Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)

· Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to balance creativity with usability and functionality.

· Effective communication and collaboration.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
