We're looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a leading company in the construction and building solutions industry. The role will drive financial excellence through strategic analysis, planning, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide insights on profitability, pricing, and business performance
  • Support sales growth initiatives and strategic planning
  • Develop financial models and reports to guide decision-making
  • Ensure compliance, cost control, and financial efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or professional certification (CMA, CPA, CFA) preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or commercial finance, ideally within the construction sector
  • Strong background in pricing, forecasting, and commercial analysis
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing teams
