Job Summary: The Accounts Specialist-Loan Application ensures timeliness and accuracy of submission of loan applications and monitors the timely release of loans for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct credit investigations and background investigations for prospective borrowers.
  2. Working with clients to prepare applications for loans by compiling, arranging, and reviewing all relevant documents and do follow ups in a timely manner.
  3. Initiate and monitor the process up to release/approval of property documents.
  4. Prepare accounts folders with completed legal documents for loans application and ensure it is submitted on time.
  5. Ensuring loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.
  6. Providing assistance in maintaining various files and following up on client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working as an Account Specialist or a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of Pag IBIG or banking procedures and financial documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with digital systems/SaAS
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • Great organizational skills
