Customer Service Representative (Temporary Work From Home – Seasonal Contract)

Location: Open to candidates residing in:

  • Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig, Makati, San Juan, Pasay
  • Rizal – Antipolo, Taytay, Cainta, San Mateo, Rodriguez
  • Cavite – Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas
  • Laguna – San Pedro, Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba
  • Bulacan – Meycauayan, Marilao, San Jose del Monte, Plaridel, Hagonoy, Calumpit, San Rafael, Baliwag, Bocaue, Guiguinto, Dona Remedios

Salary and Benefits: PHP 20,000 – PHP 22,000

  • HMO Coverage

  • 20% Night Differential

  • Paid Trainings

  • Government-Mandated Benefits

  • 13th Month Pay

Work Setup:

  • Temporary Work From Home (5-month seasonal contract)

  • Shifting Schedule

  • Can start ASAP

Qualifications:

  • Good to Excellent communication skills

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, or a College Graduate if no prior Call Center Experience

  • Must reside within the listed areas (for equipment retrieval and support)

  • Must have an active Viber account

  • Must have at least 35 Mbps internet speed

  • Must be able to provide a copy of the internet bill or SOA
