Job Description:

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Lead coordination between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project schedule and ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans and implement changes as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Prepare site progress reports, documentation, and updates to management and clients. Address site issues and provide on-the-spot resolutions to avoid project delays.
  • Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Project Managers for seamless project execution.

Working schedule: Monday - Saturday; 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time
