JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate to the PIC/PM of the timeline, budget and status of the project handled.

  • Monitor Architectural Quality Compliance of the project to ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met from the initial stage of the project up to turn-over.

  • Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control on all finishing works.

  • Ensure safety and health policies and procedures in the project site are followed.

  • Attend on-site coordination meeting, weekly walk-thru inspections, and coordinates with other work disciplines such as Structural, MEPFS, etc. in the implementation of plans, specifications and project schedules and to determine any potential problems.

  • Monitor and supervise preparation of CAD/technical drawings and of efficient datasets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery status for other sub-ordinate architects.

  • Monitors the RFA & RFI schedule and critical milestone dates to ensure the timely completion of the project.

  • Perform project research and support Project Managers/PIC to resolve project issues in conformance to all technical requirements.

  • Recommends value engineering or cost-saving measures to the Technical Head or Project Manager.

  • Assist the Structural/Architectural/ other technical sub-ordinates in specifying the cost estimates, materials, duration, progress billings, and other relevant information required for the actualization of the project.

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency for all assigned tasks and deliverables especially on the architectural finishing.

  • Coordinate and monitor BIM project data workflow, set up and reviews.

  • Perform other technical duties as assigned by the PM/PIC

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have at least 5 years experienced in Architectural detailed quality workmanship

  • COSH Certificates

-Knowledgeable in BIM, CAD, shop drawings, sketch up, microsoft, etc.

  • Can work independently and with INTEGRITY
