Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Supervise site/workforce activities to ensure project execution aligns with plans and safety regulations.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • PMP certification preferred but not required

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
