Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall branch operations including sales, inventory, store performance, and staff management.
  • Lead and supervise the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, recording, and coordination with warehouse and head office.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, accounting procedures, and operational standards.
  • Prepare and submit sales, cash flow, and inventory reports to Miguelito's Head Office.
  • Coordinate with Head Office departments (Accounting, HR, Logistics, and Admin) for branch concerns, requests, and documentation.
  • Monitor branch profitability and initiate strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory, cash handling, and compliance to SOPs.
  • Support the rollout and use of the company's accounting and inventory systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Promote a positive work environment, effective communication, and strong team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in branch or store management, preferably in retail, merchandising, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge in accounting systems is required; experience in SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to be assigned full-time in Mandaue Cebu City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
